Raids and persecution threaten Syrian refugees’ lives in Lebanon.

Lebanon has a first obligation to protect refugees, given it’s a host state bound by taking the necessary governmental measures to secure their needs so they can lead decent lives. However, the reality of Syrian refugees’ life in Lebanon is tragic. Refugees still face multiple dangers, including arbitrary security raids on refugees’ residential areas, threats, and persecution of civil organizations working with Syrian refugees.
